Our Standard of Service is a code of conduct we aspire to in the care of our patients. We are delighted to have local providers who similarly aspire to this level of care.
We aim to treat all patients courteously from our office staff on the phone, to the front desk, to our provider, and in any ongoing contacts. Though we can be busy, we purposely slow down our work load so that we do not lose sight of the human-caring element involved in the practice of medicine.
We aim to be available by phone and messaging methods to our patients in a timely fashion for all medical-related issues. We purposely do not keep patients on extended holds but rather aim to return calls or messages promptly. For non-medical and non-urgent issues, we do our best to return these communications as soon as possible, hopefully within a few days. We value patients' time.
Our providers are in frequent communication with office staff to ensure the appropriate and timely triaging of patient issues as it relates to communications, inter-office coordination, and insurance processing. We maintain a culture of team-work and open communication. We strive for the servant-leadership model in our business.
We aim to work with patients and their particular scheduling needs or any medical requests that may be out of the standard of care by the mainstream medical society. We are flexible and here to serve the patients, not the other way around.
We aim to provide the highest level of medical and surgical care and openly suggest other providers or treatments when we are not the leading experts. We act as health-fiduciaries for our patients.
