Community is essential to personal health and well-being. Here are some local churches and faith communities, some of which regularly pray for the well-being of our patients in general and contribute encouraging pamphlets for our patients.

We advocate healthy lifestyles (high quality diets + regular exercise) and an emphasis on family and being outdoors. Stress management is facilitated by daily prayer, quiet, and Bible reading.

Others take a moment to pause before seeing patients and silently offer these prayers and seek to take a moment to pause and remember that the patient they are about to see is a person of great worth who has suffered pain.
