Medical Clearance

Often times a medical evaluation is required by the surgery center prior to the procedure.

Often blood work including a CBC, BMP, and sometimes a PT/INR is helpful within the past year, along with an EKG.

Sometimes a formal medical clearance note is required. This can be obtained at a primary care provider's office. If you do not have a PCP, you may use a local urgent care or one of the centers listed on this page.

Please complete all pre-op testing and visits at least one week prior to your scheduled procedure date to allow time for processing by the surgery center.
